About Michael Doko Hatchett

Michael Doko Hatchett is the founder of the Mudita Institute for Mindfulness Training and Ayurvedic Medicine. He has studied the Buddhist approaches to health and healing for over twenty years and, more recently, studied Ayurveda under Dr Ajit of the Australasian Institute of Ayurvedic Studies. He is a well-loved speaker on mindfulness, natural mental health, and the mind/body medicine of India and Japan. Since founding the Mudita Institute in 2008 he has helped many people feel back into what he calls “their basic human warmth and wisdom”.
