As a longtime Vegetarian I have been experimenting with healthy, delicious ways to update this traditional meal for many years now, while seeking to maintain its true tradition of celebrating mother earth’s harvest with grounding seasonal staples.

Ayurveda helps us understand the truth underlying the holidays. Honoring nature’s rhythms, setting our pace by the cosmic cycles, gathering in gratitude, and recognizing the feast that is life – this is the essence of Ayurvedic medicine, an essential wisdom for the well being of all.
